We collect statistical information, such as place of tribal enrollment, but we do not collect such specific information as tribal roll numbers or social security numbers. We use email addresses collected through class registration to inform students of class schedules, changes, and site updates. If you register for classes and choose not to participate, we will use your email address to inform you of upcoming class opportunities, website changes, and publications.
Upon your first attendance at an online class, your email is supplied to Instantpresenter.com so that you may participate using their interface. Your email may also be supplied to Citizen Potawatomi Nation, which funds these classes in part, for funding reporting purposes.

If you voluntarily participate in the Bodewadmimwen network at Ning.com, you are free to supply information to Ning.com as you see fit. Ning.com collects personal information and is governed by its own privacy policy.
3. Children
All persons under the age of 18 must have a parent's permission to register or participate in online classes. Children attempting to purchase manuals through Amazon.com or Createspace.com are covered by their minors policies. You must also be 18 or older, or have parent/guardian consent, to use the Bodewadmimwen network on Ning.com.
4. Cookies
If you access the Online Student page or access mp3 download pages from the manuals, you may be subject to cookies through Bravenet.com, which operates our password gateway. Their privacy policy can be accessed here: Bravenet.com.

NICS may choose to display advertisements for third party services, or use other third party websites for various purposes. These websites have their own cookie policy.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, lend, share, or rent personal information about you, except as specified above, without your permission. If compelled to do so by law, we may share your information with Federal, State, Local, or Tribal law enforcement agencies.
6. Your Rights
At any time, you have the right to request that NICS place you on a Do Not Contact list. Once done, you will not be contacted by NICS by phone or by email. This list will apply only to NICS and its employees. You must contact the third party websites listed above to opt out of thier services.

7. Confidentiality and Security
